Patrik Drobny is CEO and Co-Founder of BITE - Culinary beverage, a beverage company started together with Roberto Ferro, PhD. and Frederik Selvang in 2018. The vision of BITE is to push the culinary agenda through industry challenging organic non-alcoholic beverages. From its early stages BITE focused intensively on transforming its waste streams into valuable bi-products, now producing a range of 5 for HoReCa segment. Ultimately, BITE works towards standardising its up-cycling processes to be able to transform industrial beverage production waste streams into new foods and drinks.
George Sandeman is Founder of Exampulla. He describes himself as a multicultural storyteller with real world experience, having grown up, lived and worked in England, Spain, USA and Portugal. After more than 40 years’ experience in a diversity of roles in the wine trade, George is consulting in general management, brand strategy & marketing, public relations and public affairs. He offers practical solutions using hands-on, real-world experience, lateral thinking and imagination, particularly to those companies beginning their circular economy journey.
Rowena Curlewis is CEO and co-founder of leading drinks design specialist Denomination. Now in its twentieth year, Denomination has offices in Australia, the UK and the US. Denomination’s clients range from large global players to tiny start-ups, and their work shows impressive scope and diversity in the wine, spirits, cider, beer and non-alcoholic drinks markets. In 2021, Denomination was granted Climate Neutral Certified status. As packaging designers, sustainability is high on their agenda, and Denomination now plays a key role in helping clients to develop more sustainable and innovative solutions for their brands.

Paul founded Circuthon Consulting to accelerate his work on sustainability and circular economy projects across the globe. His area of expertise is raw materials, food & beverage, apparel and footwear. His particular focus is NextGen fibre recycling, composting, biomaterials, and new material development. Much of his work is mentoring businesses in the supply chain and disposal chain include reuse and novel materials.
